Pension card holders and children 15 and under are guaranteed bulk billing at our practice for all appointments except short consults due to the Medicare incentive changes. Certain appointment types are also guaranteed to be bulk billed, as listed below.

Pension and concession cards must be presented to reception via your new patient form or at the desk when you present for your appointment for bulk billing or discounts to apply.

Telehealth appointments attract a fee of $70 with the same Medicare rebate as a standard consult. Pension care holders and children under 15 will be bulk billed for telehealth appointments. Our friendly reception staff will call you after your telehealth appointment to collect payment over the phone.

Please be aware that there is no bulk billing for any patients on a Saturday. Standard Medicare rebates do still apply.

Please note that all procedures will incur an out-of-pocket fee regardless of age or concession status.

The final amount will depend on the type of procedure and the pathology results, which are not known until after the procedure has been completed. Once the pathology results are available, our friendly reception staff will contact you to advise you of the total amount, what you will get back from Medicare, and to collect payment over the phone.
